Sunday Sketch with Debra Keirce

Master painter Debra Keirce demonstrates color blocking to create realistic depictions of water. Participants will draw inspiration from the works of Ogden Minton Pleissner in the NSLM Permanent Collection.

This live virtual Sunday Sketch will focus on the hue, rhythm, and value needed to begin an oil painting of a river. 
Debra will work in oil paint, but participants can join in with whatever medium they have on hand. Suggestions are colored pencil, crayon, pastel, watercolor, acrylic or oil.
