Lily-Pearl Pai joined the NSLM in March 2025 as Development Operations Coordinator. She works to support the NSLM development team, members, donors, and visitors. 

From East Yorkshire, England, Lily-Pearl came to the United States to earn her MA in Southern Studies from the University of Mississippi. Before joining the NSLM, she worked for the Walter Anderson Museum on the Mississippi Coast in Membership and Communications. 

She lives in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, with her husband and two rescue dogs, and enjoys reading, cooking, and ceramics.
