Join the NSLM Volunteer Program and contribute to the success of the NSLM's mission! Connect with art and sporting enthusiasts, and fellow bibliophiles; share your knowledge; and become a part of your community. There are many ways to get involved and volunteer at the National Sporting Library & Museum, both at the Museum and Library, behind the scenes, in education, or out in the community.
If you enjoy our Museum, Library, or our institutional mission, come be a part of our organization!
Education & Outreach Volunteers
Education & Outreach volunteers are an essential and valued part of the NSLM providing support to our educational programs and outreach initiatives. As an Education & Outreach volunteer you will not only have the opportunity to see how a special collections library and fine art museum creates a remarkable experience for visitors, but you will also play a special role by helping visitors discover something new each time they come to an NSLM program or outreach event.
Education & Outreach Volunteer positions are varied and flexible. All Education & Outreach Volunteers must be over 16 years old.
All volunteer opportunities are available :
- in the Library
- in the Museum
- with special events, such as Open Late, Polo, and many others!
- with educational programs, such as Sunday Sketch, lectures, and others!
