Reid joined the NSLM in November 2017 and currently serves as Deputy Director & Chief and Development Officer. She oversees the NSLM's fundraising with particular focus on major and planned giving as well as the Polo Classic.

Reid earned her MA Joint Honours (undergraduate) degree in Art History and Italian from the University of St Andrews in Scotland. Prior to working at the NSLM, she served as a Gallery Assistant at Red Fox Fine Art in Middleburg.

Reid is a graduate of The Madeira School. She currently serves as the President of The Hill School Alumni Association and on the Board of the The Hill School. Reid previously served as Secretary of the Loudoun County Equine Alliance. In her free time, she enjoys riding, playing tennis and polo, shooting and skiing. Reid and her spaniel, Tweed, live in Upperville, VA.
