The National Sporting Library & Museum invites you to a reception and presentation by the leadership and conservation experts at American Rivers. American Rivers has been the nation's leading voice for rivers for more than 50 years, working to make all rivers clean and healthy for the people and wildlife who depend on them. This presentation will be led by Tom Kiernan, President & CEO, Adam Schellhammer, Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, and Pat Calvert, Virginia Director of Conservation.

American Rivers brings this national expertise to each unique watershed, working in close partnership with local organizations and communities. In the past year, American Rivers has strengthened its focus on Virginia, including the hiring of a dedicated Virginia Director of Conservation—the first position of its kind.
