Evening with Eventing Legend, William Fox-Pitt Returns

By Popular Demand: An Evening with William Fox-Pitt Returns
An Exclusive NSLM Members-Only Program

Six Burghley titles.
Five Olympic Games.
Fourteen five-star victories.
And a second evening, reserved just for our members.

When eventing legend William Fox-Pitt joined us at the NSLM last March, the room was full, the questions kept coming, and guests left asking one thing: When is he coming back?

We’re delighted to answer. William, one of the most decorated equestrians of all time, returns to Middleburg for an intimate Members-only discussion led by Clarice & Robert H. Smith, Director of Marketing and Education, Julie Banner, to hear his stories, insight, and sage advice.

The first British rider to reach World No. 1, William held that title four times. He is the only rider to have won five of the world’s six five-star events: Burghley, Badminton, Luhmühlen, Kentucky, and Pau. He won Burghley a record six times on six different horses. Over a career spanning five Olympic Games, he earned team medals in Atlanta, Athens, Beijing, and London, along with 14 five-star wins and 59 CCI three-day event victories.

Behind those numbers are the horses, the falls, the comebacks, and the hard-won lessons only a true horseman can share. This is a rare chance to hear them up close, with fellow members who love the sport as much as you do.

Hear his story. Ask your questions. Meet the man behind the record.

Generously underwritten by NSLM Member Jim Newman.
